Role Description The Project Management Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction and engineering projects. This role coordinates project activities, tracks timelines, and supports cross-functional communication between design, engineering, construction, and business stakeholders.

Daily tasks include maintaining project documentation, preparing status reports, updating schedules, and assisting in resource allocation and risk tracking. The coordinator will help organize meetings,



follow up on action items, and ensure that project workflows align with quality, budget, and safety requirements. This role works closely with project managers to enable smooth project delivery and support continuous improvement in project processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to support end-to-end project execution.
- Candidates should possess solid Program Management capabilities to help manage multiple initiatives and align them with business objectives.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track metrics, and support decision-making.
- Relevant experience in construction, engineering, EPC projects, or infrastructure environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar) and basic documentation practices is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work systematically, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
