Role & responsibilities

- Act as a proactive business partner with a strong operational mindset.

- Build and maintain effective relationships with Capgemini entities delivering contracts (Account Executives, Service Delivery Managers).

- Report and analyze key financial KPIs such as WIP/BIA, revenue, and costs.

- Analyze budget versus forecast variances across the project portfolio.

- Perform monthly closing activities, including result analysis and presentations to Service Delivery Managers, Engagement Managers, Market Unit leadership, and Finance Management.

- Ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense booking, provisions, reservations, and corrections to project costs and revenues during monthly close.

- Explain variances between actuals and forecasts with transparent analysis.

- Interface with onshore and offshore delivery controlling teams to review and challenge cost containment measures and productivity cost commitments.

- Update and maintain financial and reporting tools accurately and timely.

- Monitor and control WIP/BIA positions and ensure timely client billing.

- Ensure compliance with applicable financial standards and policies.

- Support business partners in coordinating with Sales and Analyst teams for new client proposals,



ensuring process adherence.

- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong understanding of project controlling and its impact on financial statements.

- Handson experience with SAP S/4 HANA (minimum 2 years).

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level including macros, data modeling, and queries), MS Access, and Power BI.
