Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end

MSW Collection & Transportation operations for the Nashik project.

- Manage vehicle deployment, route planning, manpower utilization, and operational efficiency

.

- Drive project revenue, EBITDA, budgeting, and cost control

.

- Monitor and optimize fuel consumption, maintenance, manpower, and operational costs

.

- Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, safety, environmental, and quality requirements

.

- Manage and develop cross-functional teams including

Operations, Maintenance, HR, Purchase & Stores, Accounts, and IT

.

- Monitor daily

MIS, dashboards, KPIs, and project performance

.

- Manage relationships with

Nashik Municipal Corporation/ULB officials, customers, vendors, unions, and other stakeholders

.

- Drive process improvement, productivity, and continuous operational improvements

.





- Take leadership in safety management, accident prevention, and incident response

.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of relevant experience in MSW, C&T;, waste management, logistics, fleet, or similar operations.

- Strong experience in large-scale operations and team management

.

- Good understanding of

P&L;, budgeting, cost optimization, and operational KPIs

.

- Robust stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

.

- Knowledge of

MSW Collection & Transportation, fleet operations, safety, and statutory compliance

.
