Established in April 1997, we are a rapidly growing organization with a solid workforce of over 1,800 employees. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Project Head to lead our structural projects in Paradip, Odisha.

Role Overview The Project Head will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of structural fabrication and erection projects. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can balance commercial control, stringent safety standards, and effective stakeholder management while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall project leadership and strategic direction from inception to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination and comprehensive stakeholder management.
- Maintain strict commercial control and oversee continuous project budget monitoring.




- Execute efficient resource planning to ensure optimal allocation of manpower and materials.
- Drive schedule compliance, ensuring all project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Enforce rigorous safety and quality oversight across all site operations.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering.
- Experience: 15 to 20+ years of proven experience specifically in structural fabrication and erection projects.
- Leadership: Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience serving in a leadership or project management role.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
