Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Purchase, Production, Stores, Accounts and Site Teams for smooth project execution.

- Maintain and regularly update project schedules, trackers, work progress and status reports.

- Coordinate with project sites regarding material requirements, drawings, manpower, fabrication and installation activities.

- Follow up with the Design/Engineering team for drawings, revisions, BOQ, technical details and approvals.

- Coordinate with the Purchase and Production teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and fabricated components.

- Track material dispatches, deliveries and site requirements.

- Follow up with vendors, subcontractors and site teams for pending activities and commitments.

- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and highlight delays or critical issues to the Project Manager / Management.

- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports, MIS and coordination reports.

- Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals, purchase orders, material dispatches, site reports and project correspondence.





- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors as required.

- Prepare and circulate meeting minutes (MOM) and follow up on pending action points.

- Assist in tracking project costs, quantities, billing milestones and work completion status.

- Coordinate with the billing/accounts team for documentation required for RA bills, work completion and final billing.

- Ensure timely communication of changes, revisions and site requirements to the concerned departments.

- Support the Project Manager in resolving day-to-day coordination issues.

- Maintain a proper project documentation and filing system.

- Visit project sites whenever required for coordination, progress review and follow-up.

- Perform other project-related coordination activities assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
