About the Role

RiskBirbal Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-driven insurance broking company operating primarily in the B2B insurance space. We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator Intern to support project execution, team coordination, and day-to-day business operations.

This internship is ideal for graduates who are interested in project management, business operations, and building a career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Follow up with team members and stakeholders on assigned activities.
- Schedule meetings, prepare updates, and maintain project records.
- Identify delays or challenges and communicate them to the reporting manager.
- Support process improvement and day-to-day operational activities.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and performance updates.




- Ensure smooth communication between departments and stakeholders.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Presentable, confident, expressive, and professional personality.
- Good logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and learning aptitude.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced, office-based environment.
- Candidates residing in Delhi/NCR, preferably near Janakpuri, are preferred.
