Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects as per approved scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage project planning, manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, and Site teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and execution requirements.
- Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and resource requirements and take corrective action.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor site execution and productivity.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, manpower, subcontractor performance, and overall project budget.
- Coordinate with the commercial/accounts team for billing, measurements, certifications, and payment follow-ups.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors and ensure work is completed as per agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, MIS, and client updates.
- Conduct project review meetings and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle client queries,



site issues, variations, and coordination requirements.
- Ensure proper project handover and completion documentation.
- Maintain records of project correspondence, approvals, drawings, inspection reports, and other relevant documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant project management experience in construction, tensile structures, steel structures, roofing, façade, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of project planning and site execution.
- Positive understanding of drawings, BOQs, measurements, and construction methodologies.
- Experience in handling multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
- Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage manpower, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in tensile structures, structural steel, roofing, façade, fabrication, and large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
