We are looking for an Architect, Civil Engineer, or experienced Graduate to join our Redevelopment PMC team as an Assistant Project Coordinator. The candidate will work closely with the CEO & Managing Director and manage society redevelopment projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare feasibility and project reports.

- Conduct redevelopment presentations for societies/clients.

- Read and verify property documents and land records.

- Review approvals, NOCs, and redevelopment documentation.

- Prepare tender documents and developer appraisal reports.

- Coordinate with societies, solicitors, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors.

- Attend society meetings and resolve redevelopment queries.

- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.





- Coordinate pre-construction and construction activities.

Requirements

- Architect / Civil Engineer / Experienced Graduate.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate or Society Redevelopment/PMC.

- Valuable knowledge of DCPR 2034 (Mumbai).

- Experience in redevelopment procedures and approvals.

- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Adobe PDF.

- Good English communication (reading, writing, and speaking).

Preferred Experience: Society Redevelopment / Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
