Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in Indore.
The Project
Coordinator will support planning and execution of telecom infrastructure projects, including tower construction and related civil works. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and vendors; tracking project timelines, materials, and resources; and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role involves monitoring site progress, assisting with quality checks, and helping ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
The Project
Coordinator will also support communication between field teams and management, assist in resolving operational issues, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Educational background: B.Tech in Civil Engineering or an equivalent civil engineering degree.
- Knowledge of basic civil engineering concepts, especially related to foundations, structures, and site development.
- Understanding of telecom infrastructure or construction projects, including exposure to tower or industrial site works (preferred).
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage schedules, and maintain organized project records.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic project documentation tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with field teams and office staff.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to work on-site at telecom and civil work locations.
- Comfort with traveling to project sites around Indore as required; understanding of safety practices at construction sites.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply; prior internship or site experience is an advantage.
- Salary range for this position is approximately INR 20,000–25,000 per month, commensurate with skills and experience.
