Role Description The Project Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting end-to-end execution of facade projects.

The Project

Coordinator will assist in planning project activities, preparing schedules, coordinating with internal design and engineering teams, and tracking progress against milestones. Daily tasks include managing documentation, organizing meetings, maintaining records of site activities, and ensuring timely communication between clients, contractors, and suppliers. The role involves monitoring material deliveries,



supporting site supervisors with updated drawings and instructions, and helping resolve operational issues to keep projects on time and within scope.

The Project

Coordinator will also contribute to reporting, quality checks, and compliance with safety and company standards.

Qualifications

- Solid project coordination skills, including scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of construction or facade systems and willingness to learn technical details.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle on-site challenges and support timely decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, or facade projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with diverse teams, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
