Fresh Graduates to 2 years
- Eligibility
- BE/B.Tech,



M.Tech, MS, or MCA graduates from the 2024,2025, or 2026 batches.
- Minimum 60% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA) throughout the academic program.
- Candidates from Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or other computer-related disciplines are eligible to apply.
- Willing to work in international time zones (US/UK)
- Ready to join immediately.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end email campaign operations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Utilize internal tools and standard operating procedures to execute daily campaign activities efficiently.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver solutions within defined timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Support the setup and maintenance of email delivery environments using internal processes and tools.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, identify solutions, and ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of core technical subjects covered in the academic curriculum.
- Basic knowledge of C, Java, Python, and SQL/DBMS.
- Familiarity with Linux commands and Computer Networking is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs.
