Role Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Architect to support the design development, architectural coordination and execution of ongoing real-estate projects. The role will involve working closely with senior management, architects, consultants, contractors and site teams to ensure that designs are developed, coordinated and implemented in accordance with approved specifications, timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design & Development

- Assist in developing architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
- Review architectural designs and ensure alignment with project requirements, approved plans and design intent.
- Prepare and coordinate working drawings, details and architectural documentation.
- Identify design gaps, inconsistencies and constructability issues and propose practical solutions.

2. Consultant & Design Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, landscape consultants, interior designers and other specialist consultants.
- Review consultant drawings and ensure proper integration with architectural requirements.
- Maintain a coordinated drawing/document register and track revisions.
- Follow up with consultants for timely submission of drawings and design information.

3. Site & Execution Coordination

- Regularly coordinate with project/site teams to ensure execution is as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and identify deviations from approved designs.
- Review RFIs, shop drawings, material submissions and mock-ups from an architectural perspective.




- Assist in resolving site-related design and technical issues in coordination with consultants and contractors.

4. Project Documentation

- Maintain updated architectural drawings, specifications, approvals and design records.
- Ensure that only the latest approved drawings are available for execution.
- Support preparation and review of BOQs, specifications and material schedules where required.
- Maintain proper documentation of design changes and approvals.

5. Quality & Design Compliance

- Monitor architectural quality and finishing standards at site.
- Ensure compliance with approved design, project specifications, applicable codes and statutory requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings and project progress meetings.

6. Coordination with Management

- Prepare regular updates on design progress, pending decisions, consultant deliverables and site issues.
- Escalate critical design or execution issues to the reporting manager.
- Support senior management in evaluating design alternatives, materials and architectural solutions.
