nJJ Associates is a Bengaluru-based architecture and interior design practice with over 40 years of working across varied scales of work in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We're looking for a mid-level architect ready to lead a small team and run multiple live projects in parallel within our multi-team office.

nRole Responsibilities

- Lead a team of junior architects and interns on day-to-day design and delivery
n
- Manage 10-12 concurrent projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality
n
- Take projects from concept through to completion - design development, drawings, tender, site
n
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors
n
- Review team output for design quality, detailing, and accuracy
n
- Liaise directly with clients on design intent and project progress
n

nQualifications

n

n




- B.Arch with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
n
- Demonstrated experience handling projects from start to finish
n
- Ability to lead, mentor, and review the work of juniors and interns
n
- Comfortable juggling 10+ projects in a multi-team setup
n

nSoftware Skills

n

- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or V-Ray, Photoshop
n
- MS Office Suite
n
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and workflows is a strong bonus
