Job Title: Programming Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Programming Engineer to develop, test, commission, and troubleshoot PLC/HMI software for packaging machinery, conveyors, material-handling systems, and robotic automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop PLC programs with machine sequences, alarms, interlocks, diagnostics, and safety logic.
- Design and configure HMI screens, recipes, alarms, and machine-status interfaces.
- Configure VFDs, servo drives, remote I/O, sensors, and industrial communication networks.
- Integrate robots, vision systems, barcode readers, and other automation devices.
- Conduct machine testing, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare I/O lists, alarm lists, backups, and commissioning documentation.

Requirements




- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation.
- 5+ years of hands-on PLC, HMI programming, and machine commissioning experience.
- Strong knowledge of PLC/HMI platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, Omron, or Mitsubishi.
- Experience with VFDs, servo systems, industrial networks, and machine automation.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and understand mechanical/pneumatic sequences.
- Willingness to travel for commissioning when required.
