Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager / Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale SAP implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of overall experience, with strong experience in SAP implementation projects and a solid understanding of SAP FICO / Finance processes.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program/project delivery, stakeholder management, planning, governance, risk management, and coordination across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation programs/projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.
- Manage multiple project workstreams, timelines, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resources.
- Provide strong leadership to cross-functional SAP teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and management reviews.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Coordinate with functional and technical SAP teams across different modules.




- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Manage implementation methodologies, project plans, resource allocation, and delivery standards.
- Oversee SAP implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure effective communication between internal teams, business users, senior management, and external vendors.
- Track project KPIs and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Support decision-making and resolution of critical project/program-level issues.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of overall IT/SAP experience, preferably in SAP project/program management.
- Strong experience managing large-scale SAP implementation projects.
- Preferably 810+ SAP implementation/project delivery engagements.
- Solid SAP FICO / Finance background is preferred.
- Experience in managing cross-functional SAP teams and complex implementation environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP project lifecycle and implementation methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Strong experience in project planning, governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource management.
- Experience working with senior management and steering committees.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
