The Program Manager will lead Monitoring &

- Evaluation (M&E;) and Reporting across all programs (Health, Education, and Livelihoods) at Sammaan Foundation. This role acts as a critical bridge between field implementation and institutional accountability, managing ground teams (Project Officers) while ensuring accurate data delivery and high-quality reporting for Government Departments, Top Management, and the Board.

Key Responsibilities:

- M&E; Frameworks: Design and maintain robust M&E; frameworks, data-collection tools, and performance dashboards aligned with government project guidelines.

- Report Writing: Draft and finalize high-quality progress reports, Annual Reports, and comprehensive project proposals for Government Departments, Partners, and the Board.

- Team Supervision: Directly supervise, mentor, and build the capacity of field-based Project Officers, tracking their workplans and field deliverables.

- Data Quality &
- Compliance:

Perform strict data audits, verification, and cleaning to ensure absolute accuracy and full compliance with government audit requirements.

- Field Visits &

- Liaison:





Conduct regular field monitoring visits to verify progress on the ground and closely coordinate with government officials and community stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- Education: Masters degree in Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related social science field.

- Experience: 58 years of professional experience in the NGO/Development sector, with a proven track record in government/large-scale project M&E; and technical narrative writing.

- Team Management: Prior experience supervising and mentoring dispersed, field-based teams (Project Officers, Field Coordinators).

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization or MIS dashboard tools is highly desirable.

- Language &
- Travel:

Excellent written and verbal English skills for official documentation, along with fluency in Hindi. Solid willingness to travel extensively to rural project locations.
