Role Overview

We are looking for an execution-focused Program Manager – AI Solutions to drive multiple AI initiatives from concept to working solution and production .

You will work closely with Product Managers, AI Architects, Technical Leads, Engineering and Data teams to ensure AI initiatives stay on track, blockers are resolved, and committed outcomes are delivered within timelines.

This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond status tracking and can drive accountability, challenge timelines, identify bottlenecks and accelerate execution .

Key Responsibilities

- Own governance and delivery tracking across multiple AI initiatives
- Establish clear visibility of milestones, owners, dependencies, risks and timelines
- Drive AI solutions through the lifecycle: Use Case → Architecture → Development → Demo → MVP → Production
- Conduct regular reviews with Product, Architecture, Engineering and Data teams
- Track planned vs.



actual delivery and drive corrective actions
- Identify and escalate critical risks, resource gaps and dependencies
- Challenge delays and ensure teams remain accountable for committed deliverables
- Prepare concise CEO / Leadership dashboards and executive updates
- Track weekly deliverables, sprint commitments and production-readiness milestones
- Ensure initiatives progress toward working, demonstrable solutions—not just documentation or experimentation

Required Experience

- 10–15 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Technology Delivery or Engineering Programs
- Experience managing AI, Data, Cloud or Digital Transformation initiatives
- Experience handling multiple parallel programs / initiatives
- Proven experience working with Product Managers, Architects and Engineering teams
- Solid experience in Agile / Scrum-based delivery
- Experience with senior leadership / CXO-level reporting and governance
- Exposure to taking technology initiatives from concept/prototype to MVP and production.
