2. About the Role

Nation with NaMo is looking for highly motivated and capable Program Managers. The role will involve managing programs such as Fellowship, full-time talent programs, bootcamps, and other learning initiatives. The Program Manager will be responsible for designing structured journeys for people who join the organisation through these different pathways and ensuring effective program operations.

3. Key Responsibilities

● Lead the planning and execution of programs, including the Fellowship, full-time talent programs, bootcamps, learning initiatives, and other emerging initiatives.

● Manage the day-to-day operations, people, logistics, timelines, and coordination required for effective program delivery.

● Act as direct mentors to new joiners. Design structured development and engagement journeys for them, including one-year plans that combine learning, organisational exposure, team experiences, and opportunities for growth .

● Work closely with internal teams to plan and deliver learning sessions, bootcamps, evaluations, events, and other development initiatives.

● Lead external engagement with colleges and academic institutions for programs, including program presentations, and pre-placement talks.

● Develop and maintain program calendars, trackers, processes, and documentation required to manage initiatives effectively.

● Gather feedback from participants and internal teams to evaluate programs and identify opportunities to improve the experience.

● Support the development of program materials, presentations, communication, and other content required.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to design structured programs and participant development journeys.

● Strong problem-solving and execution orientation.

● High degree of ownership, initiative, and follow-through.

● Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

● Comfort working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

● Strong interest in working with young people, talent development, and learning programs.

5. Eligibility Criteria

● Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognised institution. Candidates from diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

● Relevant experience in program management, fellowship management, talent development, education, youth programs, campus engagement, operations, consulting, or related fields will be an advantage.

● Demonstrated experience in managing programs, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and taking initiatives from planning through execution.

● Experience working with colleges, students, fellows, or young professionals will be an advantage.
