Key Responsibilities

This position supports our US market and requires working night shift hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST) to align with US business hours. It is a fully remote role.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support the operations and delivery of our blended, online and custom curated programs for our Enterprise clients across the Europe Region. The role requires someone with a strong background in delivery of learning journeys, comfort interacting with faculty and clients, and managing technology platforms.

The Responsibilities Include

- End-to-end management of the program from planning to deliver.
- Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for client interactions and work with them on interdependencies to ensure the program is launched as per timelines
- Managing client relationship for the project — understand their expectations, create plans, deliver,



and regularly monitor program progress in line with client expectations
- Ensure seamless program delivery and learner experience — organizing sessions, setting up Zoom or classroom sessions, managing setup, organizing pre-reads, setting up program communications and program graduations
- Design, build, and maintain custom course content pages within Canvas LMS to deliver an engaging and intuitive learner experience
- Configure and manage course page layouts, navigation structures, modules, and learning pathways within Canvas LMS
- Identify process gaps and help plug them by simplifying the process
- Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, turnaround time, quality, and learner satisfaction
- Manage internal and external stakeholders across different geographies to deliver on the program
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status and conduct after-action reviews

Key Skills

- 4–7 years of experience in managing delivery and operations of learning journeys
- Experienced in providing client support from program initiation to program completion
- Experience in running online programs on a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Canvas
- Knowledge of learning design principles and methodologies
- Video conference and MS Office capabilities — experienced with Zoom, Teams, WebEx, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize meeting deadlines
- Ability to communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing
