Purpose of the Role
This role will lead the end-to-end agriculture mandate across two interconnected charters: the Scale-Up Program and the Krishi Innovation Program, with equal ownership and focus across both.
Under the Scale-Up Program, the role will build and manage a portfolio of high-potential AgriTech and agribusiness startups, taking them through the complete journey—from initial due diligence and selection to mentorship, growth acceleration, and measurable revenue outcomes.
Under the Krishi Innovation Program, the role will conceptualize and execute field-based interventions addressing structural challenges in Indian agriculture, such as post-harvest losses and farmer income constraints. This will involve working closely with implementation partners, farmers, and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) to translate ideas into scalable, measurable solutions.
The role will have end-to-end ownership of both charters, spanning strategy, program design, execution, ecosystem building, impact measurement, and stakeholder engagement.
