Role Description The Program Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This position focuses on guiding prospective learners through ICBI’s programs, explaining course structures, benefits, and career outcomes, and helping them choose the most suitable training path.

The Program

Advisor will handle inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, provide detailed program information, and support applicants throughout the admission process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting program presentations and counseling sessions, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,



coordinating with training and operations teams for smooth onboarding, and following up with leads to ensure timely closures. The role also involves maintaining a high standard of learner experience, gathering feedback from participants, and contributing ideas to enhance advising processes and program communication.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex program details clearly and build trust with diverse learners.
- Advising, counseling, or academic/program advisory experience, preferably in education, training, or professional development environments.
- Customer service and relationship management skills, including follow-up, objection handling, and maintaining learner-centric interactions.
- Basic sales, lead management, and CRM skills to manage inquiries, track prospects, and support enrollment decisions ethically and transparently.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, schedule counseling sessions, and coordinate with internal teams efficiently.
- Comfort with digital tools and online communication platforms for presentations, information sharing, and maintaining records.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in business, psychology, education, or communication is an advantage.
- Interest in image consulting, soft skills, training, and career development, with a willingness to learn program content and industry trends.
