Role & responsibilities

- Educate, guide and mentor Physiotherapy students (BPT / MPT)
- Plan lectures, practical sessions and clinical demonstrations
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
- Guide students for the academic and clinical excellence
- Mentor and supervise student research, dissertation and internships.
- Design KPIs/ KRAs towards the evaluation of the faculty/ staff to drive and achieve productivity.
- Keep track of the latest trends in the curriculum design & pedagogy
- Conduct and publish research in the field of Physiotherapy
- Lead & develop a team of outstanding faculty members while ensuring their highest level of engagement towards making of an institution of repute
- Relevant experience in any reputed University or education Institutions is preferred

Preferred candidate profile





- Ph.D in Physiotherapy. Qualification and experience as per norms of National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Profession(NCAHP)
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills
- Organize seminars, conferences, workshops and industry collaboration
- Research publications & funded projects
- Ability to adapt to dynamic priorities with a calm mindset
- Good command on MS Office(Word, Excel, Power point)
