- Assistant Professor

Minimum Educational Qualification M.Tech./M.E. in Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized university/institution.

Candidates with Ph.D. qualifications, strong academic credentials, relevant teaching experience, research publications, sponsored research projects, industry exposure, or demonstrated academic leadership will be preferred, particularly for senior positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and other academic activities.
- Develop and update course content, lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor and guide students in academic, project, research, and career-related matters.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects and dissertations.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and departmental initiatives.
- Undertake research and publish quality research papers in reputed journals/conferences.
- Participate in consultancy, funded research, innovation, patents, and industry-academia initiatives.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, FDPs, conferences, hackathons, and technical events.
- Contribute to accreditation, ranking, institutional development, and other academic quality initiatives.
- Participate in departmental and university-level committees and administrative responsibilities.
- Establish meaningful collaborations with industry, academia, professional bodies,



and research institutions.

Experience
- Assistant Professor: Candidates with relevant teaching/research/industry experience will be considered.




- Associate Professor: Relevant academic experience with a strong teaching and research profile.
- Professor: Extensive academic/research experience with demonstrated leadership, publications, research/consultancy profile, and contribution to institutional development.

Eligibility and experience will be considered in accordance with applicable UGC/AICTE and university norms.

Compensation

Salary: No bar for exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.

Compensation will be commensurate with qualification, experience, research profile, academic achievements, and overall suitability for the position.
