Responsibilities

- Perform functional and in-circuit testing (ICT) of PCBs.

- Troubleshoot defective boards and identify root causes.

- Prepare test procedures, checklists, and quality records.

- Work with R&D; and production teams to resolve technical issues.

- Support NPI by developing and validating test setups and jigs.

- Ensure compliance with production and quality standards.

- Maintain and calibrate test equipment.

- Identify process improvements to improve yield and efficiency.

- Train technicians and operators on testing procedures.

Requirements

- PCB testing/electronics production experience.

- Knowledge of microcontroller-based testing and firmware flashing.

- Strong understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.

- Hands-on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.

- Knowledge of PCB schematics, ESD, soldering, and rework.

- Experience with ATE or functional test jigs is a plus.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
