Job Title: Production Supervisor – Warehouse Operations

Job Type: Full-time | On – Site

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising day-to-day warehouse production activities, managing the production team, monitoring output and quality, and ensuring timely completion of production and dispatch requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse production activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and manage workflow to meet daily/weekly production targets
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
- Monitor productivity metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations,



and company policies
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory counts, and shift reports
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Communicate with upper management on production status, staffing needs, and operational challenges
- Enforce quality control standards to minimize errors and product damage
- Handle employee scheduling, attendance tracking, and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Support timely preparation of products for shipment requirements.
- Report daily production performance and operational issues to the Production Manager.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years in production, warehouse, or related operations.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate warehouse/production staff.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule based on production and shipment requirements
- Degree in Production, Operations, Agriculture, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
