Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Hyderabad.

The Production

Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating resources, monitoring workflow, and resolving issues that may impact delivery timelines. The role involves supervising production teams, providing guidance and training, and maintaining clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders such as quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

Supervisor also supports continuous improvement initiatives, implements best practices, and ensures adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Experience in Production Management, overseeing day-to-day operations and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in Production Planning and ability to manage Production Schedules to meet targets.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members and cross-functional departments.
- Background in manufacturing or assembly operations, preferably in automotive or electric vehicle sectors.
- Understanding of safety standards, quality control processes, and lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, production, industrial management, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in a rapid-paced environment and flexibility to work shifts if required.
