Production Planning & Control Engineer;
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Production Planning:
- Convert sales forecasts and customer orders into master production schedules.
- Determine the exact raw materials, tools, and equipment needed for manufacturing.
- Plan routing and sequences to ensure smooth material movement on the shop floor.
- Allocate workloads evenly across machinery, workstations, and shifts.
- Production Control:
- Monitor active production progress against the master schedule.
- Track inventory levels to prevent material shortages or costly excesses.
- Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, equipment downtime, or labor gaps.
- Apply corrective actions when actual output falls behind the target plan.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
