Plant Production Volume : 120KTPA in Phase-1 and 240KTPA in Phase-2,

Mandatory Experience in Carbon Black Manufacturing Process.

Job Purpose

Plan, organize, control production and packaging operations based on sales plan and constraints related to production in the plant. Optimize the production and packaging in cost effective manner and achieve controlled inventory management. Manage monthly and yearly production schedule based on sales plan. Track and report daily actual production & packaging & shipment data.

Control and adjust daily production and packaging schedule. Despite fluctuation of sales plan constrains the actual production plan and has a negative effect on inventory management.

KRA's

- Control production plan table based on constraint and interim sales forecast and review all the data related to the production, packaging, shipment by comparing daily reported actual data and forecasted data.
- Manage and order packaging plan in order to maintain enough inventory by each packaging type according to the sales plan.




- Control packaging plan table based on constraint and interim sales forecast by comparing daily reported data with forecasted data.
- Maintain the optimal inventory for each tank by product grades.
- Review the best monthly production plan according to the monthly sales plan.
- Review the best annual production plan according to the annual sales plan.
- Review and update S&OP; file 3 times a month based on a constraint, interim sales forecast and actual sales and inventory data and share them with Department & Unit head and Asia marketing team to discuss about it in the S&OP; meeting.
- Extract Business Warehouse data and check SFG inventory in silos for inventory control meetings twice a week and update files for the meetings.
- Report a monthly aging inventory to the region.
- Plan a schedule to control and reduce aging inventory.
- Prepare a monthly production plan and update it into the BlueYonder system accordingly.
- Extract and share bulk shipment data monthly for duty drawback.
- Extract and share CB production, opening & closing stock of CB and export shipment data on a monthly basis to make a report to Kpetro.
