Role Overview The Manufacturing Production Planning Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated production and material plans to ensure optimal utilisation of manufacturing capacity, inventory, manpower, and raw materials while consistently meeting customer delivery commitments.

The position acts as the "control tower" for plant operations, coordinating between Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to maintain a smooth production workflow and achieve operational excellence. This role will be instrumental in supporting the company's growth by improving forecast accuracy, production efficiency, inventory turns, and service levels.

Responsibilities around production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and crossfunctional coordination align with existing operations roles within the organisation





Experience

- 12+ years of experience in Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations.
- B.E./B.Tech in Industrail Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/Food Technology/Production Engineering/Chemical Engineering, Or any other relevant qualifications with min 5 years in food industry production planning.
- Must have worked in any of these Industries (Flavours, Speciality Chemicals, Pharma, Food Ingredients)
