We are looking for an experienced PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Executive to manage production planning, material forecasting, and inventory control for our Derma product line (Creams, Lotions, Serums, Gels). The primary goal is to ensure timely delivery, maintain zero stock-outs, and prevent expiry losses.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Production Scheduling:
- Prepare daily and weekly batch plans based on ongoing sales orders and machine availability.
- Material Planning (MRP):
- Calculate required Raw Materials (APIs/Excipients) and Packaging Materials (Tubes, Bottles, Cartons) and coordinate closely with the Purchase team.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain optimal stock levels and strictly follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles to prevent expiry losses.
- Coordination:
- Align with Production, QC/QA, Purchase, and Sales departments for smooth batch execution and timely dispatches.
- ERP & Reporting:




- Update daily production data, stock entries, and yield reports accurately in the ERP system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain. (Note: Freshers will not be considered).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and familiarity with ERP software (SAP/Tally).
- Solid understanding of Batch Planning and Inventory Control.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Prior experience or knowledge of Derma/Cosmetic manufacturing processes and material reconciliation is required.
