Founded in 1994 in collaboration with CST/Berger USA, CSTech is one of the world's leading manufacturers of surveying and construction accessories and tools. We run a vertically integrated plant in Noida across eight shops - fiberglass pultrusion, plastic injection moulding, die casting, CNC/VMC machining, press and welding, powder coating booths, anodising and lacquering, and assembly - supplying OEM and ODM programmes for global tool brands. Role & responsibilities:

- Own the monthly and weekly production plan for all eight shops - what runs, on which machine, in which week
- Build the plan from the open order book: explode BOMs, net against store holding less quarantine, and release only the balance to the shops
- Load each machine pool to capacity rather than each shop to an average - the real constraint is a tonnage band or a machine family, not a whole shop
- Balance load inside a band so machines of the same size carry the same hours, and forward only the genuine excess to the next size up
- Campaign runs of the same item on the same machine inside a plus-minus 7 day window to cut setups
- Phase start dates backwards from despatch: 20 days for die casting, press and toolroom items that need coating after, 15 days for everything else
- Coordinate cross-shop routes daily - press to welding to powder coating - so a part is not left sitting between two shops




- Publish the weekly pack: shop and pool utilisation, manpower required against on-roll, delivery risk by customer, and the runs that cannot be placed at all
- Chair the weekly production meeting and drive the actions out of it
- Raise material requirement to Purchase with real lead time and chase pending inbound supply against the plan
- Own planning data quality in the ERP - routings, cycle and setup times, BOM links, scrap percentages

Preferred candidate profile
- 8-14 years in PPC or production planning in a multi-process manufacturing plant
- Hands-on MRP: BOM explosion, stock netting and lead-time phasing, not despatch follow-up
- Machine-level capacity planning: routings, cycle time, setup, machine families and alternate capacity
- Hands-on ERP planning module (Infor LN, SAP PP or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel - able to work through a twenty-thousand-line BOM export without flinching
- The nerve to tell a shop HOD and a customer that a date is not achievable, with the numbers behind it
- Positive to have: Infor LN Enterprise Planning, planning experience in plastics, die casting or surface finishing, Power Query or SQL, APICS/CPIM
- BE/BTech Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering
