About the Role

We are looking for a Production Planner who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and as per the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain production schedules based on project requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, and Site teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track the availability of materials, manpower, and other resources required for production.
- Monitor daily production progress and update schedules accordingly.
- Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.




- Ensure production activities are aligned with project timelines.
- Maintain production planning sheets, trackers, and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers whenever required.
- Follow up on pending materials, drawings, approvals, and production requirements.
- Prepare regular MIS/progress reports for management.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of production requirements.
- Support the team in improving production efficiency and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills
