Role Description The Production Manager (PU machine) is a full-time, in office role based in Bahadurgarh. This role oversees the end-to-end production process for kids’ footwear, ensuring that daily manufacturing targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production runs, coordinating with design, procurement, and quality teams, and monitoring workflow on the shop floor.

The Production

Manager tracks material usage, manages inventory related to production, and addresses any operational bottlenecks or equipment issues to keep output on schedule.



The role also involves leading and mentoring production staff, enforcing compliance with company standards and regulations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in production management or factory operations, preferably in footwear, apparel, or related manufacturing.
- Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet daily and weekly output targets.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage and mentor shop-floor teams, resolve operational issues, and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Comfort with using production reports, KPIs, and basic data analysis to drive decisions and process improvements.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with design, procurement, sales, and management teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Footwear Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bahadurgarh and adapt to a quick-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing setting.
