Roles & Responsibilities

- Assists in creating and managing production schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Helps track and manage production budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Co-ordinates logistics for cast and crew, including transportation, housing, and equipment.
- May assist in hiring, supervising, and training production staff.
- Monitors production quality, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.
- Facilitates communication between departments and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed.
- Ensures adherence to legal, safety, and company policies.
- Identifies and resolves production issues, suggesting improvements.
- Maintains production records, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Manages and optimizes the use of production resources, including equipment and personnel.
