We are looking for an experienced Textile Product Manager to manage fabric production, quality, planning, wastage and raw material management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily, weekly and monthly fabric production.

- Monitor production targets, machine capacity and production timelines.

- Maintain and control fabric quality, defects, GSM, width and specifications.

- Manage yarn and raw material stock and consumption.

- Control yarn, fabric and process wastage.

- Manage labour, supervisors and production teams.

- Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization and downtime.

- Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, stores and dispatch teams.

- Prepare daily/weekly production and wastage reports.

- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.

- Support development and production of new fabric qualities.

- Ensure production is completed on time, with required quality and minimum wastage.

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in textile/fabric manufacturing.

- Diploma/Degree in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology preferred.

- Hands-on factory experience is preferred.

- Should be able to independently handle production planning, quality, stock and wastage control.

- Willing to work at our factory in Sayan/Kim, Surat.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
