Role Description The Production Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at our facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India.

The Production

Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, coordinating with procurement and maintenance teams, monitoring equipment performance, and optimizing processes for cold and hot forging, heat treatment, and coating lines. This role also involves leading and mentoring production staff,



implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.

The Production

Manager will collaborate closely with quality, logistics, and sales teams to support timely delivery of orders and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning, scheduling, and workflow management skills, with the ability to meet output and quality targets.
- Experience in manufacturing operations, ideally in metal components, forging, fasteners, or similar industrial environments.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (such as 5S, Kaizen, or Lean).
- Proficiency in using production-related software, basic ERP tools, and data analysis for monitoring performance and optimizing processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on results.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant technical qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in fastener manufacturing, forging, heat treatment, or coating processes is highly desirable.
