Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of production staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets in the plastic injection molding department.
- Oversee all aspects of production operations, including manpower handling, quality control, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement productive manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., design, sales) to resolve issues related to product development and customer requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 10-18 years of experience in plastic injection molding industry.
- Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to motivate teams for better performance.
