Production Manager

Aribo is looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Production Manager to take complete ownership of our garment production from planning and worker allocation to quality control and final delivery.

This is a senior execution-focused role for someone who can manage multiple styles and orders simultaneously, lead workers firmly and respectfully, identify delays before they occur, and ensure every garment is completed to the required quality and timeline.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create detailed daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on order priorities and delivery dates.
- Manage the complete production process—from fabric and trims to cutting, dyeing, embroidery, stitching, finishing, quality checks and dispatch.
- Allocate work effectively across masters, tailors, embroidery teams, dyers, finishing staff and external vendors.
- Set transparent daily targets for every department and closely monitor output.
- Handle multiple collections, custom orders and store requirements simultaneously without missing deadlines.
- Coordinate between designers, masters, karigars, vendors, stores and management.
- Identify production bottlenecks early and take immediate corrective action.
- Maintain strict follow-ups with workers and vendors to ensure work progresses as scheduled.
- Ensure approved designs, measurements, colours, embroidery details and finishing standards are followed accurately.
- Conduct quality checks at every production stage and prevent repeated errors, alterations and wastage.
- Track raw materials, fabrics, trims and work-in-progress inventory.
- Maintain clear production records, job sheets,



worker allocation reports and delivery schedules.
- Provide management with accurate daily progress updates and immediately report risks or delays.
- Improve production efficiency, worker productivity and overall workflow.
- Ensure all completed pieces are properly finished, checked, packed and delivered on time.

Candidate Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in garment production, fashion manufacturing or a designer-label production unit.

- Strong experience managing masters, tailors, embroidery workers, dyers, finishers and external vendors.
- Excellent production planning, scheduling and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the confidence to manage workers, maintain discipline and achieve daily targets.
- Thorough understanding of garment construction, measurements, fabrics, embroidery, stitching, finishing and quality control.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent orders without compromising quality.
- Highly organised, accountable and solution-oriented.
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
- Comfortable maintaining production trackers and reporting progress clearly.
- Experience in women’s ethnic wear, occasion wear, sarees, kurtas or contemporary Indian fashion will be strongly preferred.
