- Preparation of Expense Reports and Budget Execution for FY.
- Maintain an updated asset register, including condition, location, and value of assets
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Activities and Budget Execution for FY.

Monitor attendance, manpower deployment to ensure workforce stability
- AMC preparation for service contract provider. ( MHE , Dock )
- Receive and Verify Invoices against Purchase Orders (POs).
- Ensure Timely and Accurate Payments to vendors and service providers
- Keep Track of Stationery and Consumables to avoid shortages and control costs.
- Ensure all MHE operators are trained, certified, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Implement cost-saving measures through equipment localization, repair optimization, and spare part management
- Implement safety protocols for dock operations, including use of PPE, wheel chocks, and dock levelers
