We are looking for Production supervisor for runing production activity at shop floor, manage manpower at shop floor and coordinate with production manager on day to day activity read drawing and assign work to worker on shop floor and do the entry of daily production summary in systems.

-Study and understand technical drawings, layouts, and specifications and convert them accurately into finished products as per design and quality standards.

-Use SolidWorks and AutoCAD software to interpret drawings, support production planning, and resolve design-related issues during manufacturing.

-Understand and interpret the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each product to ensure correct material usage, component selection, and cost control.

-Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and long-term production plans based on order requirements, capacity, and material availability, along with related MIS reports.

-Lead and manage the production and order execution process to achieve targeted production volume, profitability, and optimized inventory levels.

-Plan and control inventory requirements in line with the production plan to avoid shortages, excess stock, or production delays.





-Handle manpower planning and deployment at the shop floor, ensuring optimal utilization of workers and smooth workflow.

-Prepare and maintain all production-related documentation, including production reports, stock records, work orders, and compliance documents.

-Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing and process-related issues at the shop floor to ensure uninterrupted production.

-Train, guide, and supervise shop floor workers on operating procedures, quality standards, safety practices, and productivity improvement.

-Implement process improvements to reduce material wastage, rejection, and losses at the shop floor and improve overall efficiency.

-Apply knowledge of pipe fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing processes to ensure proper fabrication, assembly, and finishing as per specifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
