Role Description The Production Coordinator is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, ensuring schedules are met, and supporting efficient workflow across manufacturing and assembly lines.

The Production

Coordinator will track orders, monitor inventory and material availability, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, and address production issues to maintain quality and timely delivery.



The role involves preparing production reports, updating documentation, and assisting with process improvements to optimize resource utilization.

Coordinator will collaborate closely with design, quality, and logistics teams to align production plans with customer requirements and export timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Production Planning and Production Management skills to schedule, coordinate, and monitor daily manufacturing activities.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Organization skills to manage multiple orders, timelines, and documentation accurately.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments, preferably in lighting, home décor, or related industries.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, bills of materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production tracking tools or ERP systems.
- Solid attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Diploma or degree in Production, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
