About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Engineers, Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET), and B.Sc. graduates to join our Product Support Department (PSD). This team operates as a specialized overhauling and repair shop, focusing on the precision teardown, repair, and overhaul of critical mechanical assemblies, including Final Drives, Transmissions, and related components. You will be responsible for managing shift resources, ensuring strict quality control, maintaining rigorous international standards, and guiding on-the-floor workmen to achieve production targets safely.

Key Responsibilities, For Fresh Graduates & GETs (Train & Learn Track):

- Hands-on Overhauling: Assist senior engineers in the precision teardown, inspection, repair, and assembly of Final Drives and Transmissions.
- Process Documentation: Learn to accurately maintain shift output logs, track in-process inspections, and update set-up verification records under supervision.
- ISO & Safety Compliance: Strictly follow company safety guidelines and gain practical exposure to Integrated Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018).
- On-the-Job Training: Actively participate in technical training sessions to build competency in shop-floor operations and Operational Control Procedures (OCPs).

For Experienced Engineers (Lead & Execute Track):

- Shift & Resource Management: Plan the shift load chart and efficiently allocate day-to-day tasks and jobs to workmen based on operational priorities.
- Target Achievement:



Optimize shift resources to hit targeted production outputs while maintaining strict Quality and Quantity metrics.
- IQMS Implementation: Independently maintain and audit IQMS documentation, ensuring total floor adherence to displayed Operational Control Procedures (OCPs).
- Floor Mentorship: Provide direct on-the-job training to fresh graduates, GETs, and shop-floor workmen, while assessing their training effectiveness.

Departmental & Coordination Details, For Fresh Graduates & GETs (Learn & Support):

- Process Adoption: Learn to work with special tooling and adopt specialized technical practices to help improve shop floor efficiency.
- Inter-Department Support: Follow up on documentation and material statuses with the Planning, Materials, and Design teams as directed by seniors.
- Hazard Awareness: Participate in safety walkthroughs to identify workplace hazards and report them for risk assessment.
- Safety Adherence: Maintain absolute personal safety and strictly follow all site health and environmental protocols.

For Experienced Engineers (Drive & Coordinate):

- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous shop floor improvements by implementing special tooling and new technical techniques.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary link for the shop floor, coordinating directly with Design, Materials, and Planning departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Risk Management: Lead regular workplace risk assessments, file hazard reports,



and immediately initiate mitigation plans.
- Safety Culture: Take ownership of executing IQMS practices on the floor to ensure the complete safety of all personnel.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (Open to GETs/Freshers).
- B.Sc. Graduates (with a solid technical or mechanical aptitude).
- Academic Eligibility: Clear academic record with no active backlogs/arrears.
- Experience:
- Freshers: Welcome for Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) and entry-level B.Sc. positions.
- Experienced Candidates: Experience in mechanical overhauling, assembly, or repair shop environments is a big plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding or familiarity with the repair and overhauling of heavy machinery components like Transmissions and Final Drives is highly preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong leadership potential, excellent documentation habits, and a firm commitment to workplace safety and ISO compliance.

Terms & Conditions (For Freshers):

- Service Bond: 3 Years mandatory service bond upon joining.
- Compensation: Upto ₹3.45 LPA fixed CTC for the first year.
