Role & responsibilities

- Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, business objectives, and pain points
- Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements
- Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process redesign, automation, and technology
- Design scalable business processes and recommend solutions that align with organization goals
- Translate business requirements into clear, functional specifications for technical teams
- Evaluate solution alternatives and recommend approaches that balance business value, user experience, and technical complexity

- Product Ownership
- Serve as the Product Owner for the organizations CRM platform and other assigned business systems.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap of system enhancements aligned with organizational priorities
- Own and prioritize the system enhancement backlog
- Design and improve business processes, workflows, automation, pipelines, lifecycle management, and business rules
- Collaborate with the CRM Administrator, who is responsible for user administration and system configuration, to implement business solutions.
- Partner with technical integration resources to define business requirements and draft flows for system integrations
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, implementation planning, and activities.
- Monitor system adoption, gather user feedback, and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and platform capabilities.

- Project Management
- Lead cross-functional projects involving business process improvements, software implementations, and operational initiatives.
- Develop project plans,



timelines, implementation strategies, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Track project risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables.
- Provide regular project status updates and facilitate issue resolution

- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize business processes across departments
- Evaluate new technologies and software solutions that improve operation efficiency
- Support the implementation of new business applications and organizational processes
- Develop process documentation, workflows, training materials, and supporting documentation
- Promote adoption of new processes and technology through effective communication and stakeholder engagement

The role focuses on business analysis, solution design,



and product ownership rather than day-to-day system administration or technical development. Working closely with business stakeholders, the CRM Administrator, integration developers, and vendors, this position ensures solutions align with organization goals and are successfully implemented.

The role also leads cross-functional projects involving business process improvements, software implementations, and other strategic initiatives.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five or more years of experience in business systems analysis, product ownership, business process improvement, CRM administration, or related roles
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technology solutions
- Experience leading cross functional projects
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow optimization, and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience with Atlassian Platform (Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management)
- Experience designing workflows, automation, and business process solutions
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Experience implementing Saas or other business applications
