Job Profile – Product & Process Trainer

Package – up to 35k in hand

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare training modules to conduct various training programs, including Product & Process Training, Soft Skills Training, Communication Skills Training, Sales Training, SOP Training, Induction, and more.
- Monitor and coach executives on grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress, and other aspects of the English language, culture, etc.
- Develop action plans for underperforming employees and ensure they progress on the learning curve.
- Coach advisors on improving product & process knowledge, create learning solutions, and customise training delivery.
- Conduct OJT & Refresher Training, organise JKQ, and complete the certification process.




- Conduct sessions on Compliance & Customer Satisfaction.
- Oversee the sales team’s performance, ensuring productivity, providing necessary training, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, based on business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Creative.
- Knowledge of the global market. (Forex & Comex)
- Fluent English communication; sales & marketing skills required
