PRODUCTION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, implement and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.

- Manage production teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

- Monitor production performance, analyze data and drive continuous improvement.

- Optimize production processes, capacity planning and resource utilization.

- Ensure timely delivery of products by improving workflows and resolving operational challenges.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Manufacturing or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in production management in a manufacturing workplace.

- Strong knowledge of ISO Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and their implementation.

- Proven leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Expertise in lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.

- Excellent communication, planning and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
