About the role

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about driving the customer experience and bring issues to the closure by working with different in-house tech/product & Business teams. The team member would be having the responsibility of taking care of product operations on a day-to-day basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

- To work on the tickets reported, provide solutions and work for a quicker resolution.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and fixing production software issues
- Maintain on-going record of problem analysis and resolution activity in an on-call tracking system
- Post issue is resolved, follow up with the POC for RCA and share the same with the wider audience.
- Do an issue trend analysis (issues reported) also to share a weekly/monthly summary on the top issues reported /health check for the different teams.

- To work with product and engineering team and share the analysis of the bugs/tech issues reported by customer/internal teams and influence the product team to add that in their OKRs.




- To do a daily testing of Pre prod and prod user flow testing on any product key launches, alpha/beta releases and identify content issues across android, iOS, M site and desktop and drive closure on all issues witnessed by chasing appropriate action owners across multiple blocks
- Work with different lines of business/Tech team/Product team to problem solve, measure and track suitable metrics also product feature development lifecycle for efficiency and effectiveness

- Technical abilities with experience working on App interface and UI designing
- To be able to lean quickly and adapt to the work culture
- Positive in problem solving and analytical skills

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing, ideally with a successful track record of responding to/resolving customer issues through written communication
- Possess ability to understand business problems and provide solutions/informations related to the business requirements
