About the us and the role

BondScanner makes fixed-income investing accessible to Indian retail investors. Our marketing team owns every word an investor sees or hears from us - app banners, landing pages, push notifications, onboarding and engagement emails, whatsapp nudges, the daily newsletter, campaign messaging, and more.

This is a generalist product marketing role - you'll move between writing, working with designers and video editors on content, marketing operations and analytics. Open to both candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience and freshers - a literature, communications, economics, commerce, or marketing background all work well, as long as you can show us the skillset below through the assignment.

What You'll Work On

- Investor communications: Draft and adapt copy across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messages for the investor lifecycle - signup, KYC, onboarding, and transaction updates - matching BondScanner's brand voice and tone for each channel.
- Marketing analytics: Pull and organise campaign performance data (opens, clicks, conversions) across user segments, and help turn it into a readable summary with a transparent takeaway.
- Content operations: Maintain and update our communications library - keep messaging, formatting,



and versioning consistent across channels and lifecycle stages and be accurate and efficient with shipping them.
- Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with design, compliance and data to keep every piece of investor-facing content accurate, on-brand, and audit-ready.

Who We're Looking For

- Excellent written English and comfort switching tone - concise and punchy for WhatsApp/push, warmer for email, structured for a newsletter.
- Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets - able to read a data table, spot the story in it, and summarise it without hand-holding.
- High attention to detail - we're a SEBI-regulated platform, so accuracy in investor-facing content isn't optional.
- A genuine interest in financial markets / fixed income is a strong plus, but not mandatory - we'll train the domain knowledge if the writing and rigour are there.
- Self-starter energy - comfortable in a small, fast-moving startup team where priorities shift and you'll often figure out the "how" yourself.
- Bonus skills: prior exposure to a CMS, a marketing automation tool (e.g. MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap), Excel/Google Sheets formulas, or design tools like Figma/Canva.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
