1. Role Purpose
Loom Solar is building a large-scale solar module business with a focus on technology, quality, cost competitiveness, manufacturing excellence and market leadership.
We are looking for a Product Manager – Solar Panels who will own the complete product lifecycle of Loom Solar PV modules:
Market Research → Product Strategy → Technology Selection → Product Development → Manufacturing → Certification → Costing → Pricing → Launch → Market Feedback → Product Improvement The Product Manager will work closely with R&D;, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, EPC, Finance and Service teams.
The objective is to build a competitive solar-panel portfolio for:
- Residential rooftop
- PM Surya Ghar
- C&I; rooftop
- EPC projects
- Open Access
- Utility-scale projects
- Government projects
- Export markets
2. Product Portfolio Ownership
Own the complete Loom Solar module portfolio across different technologies and applications.
Module categories

- Utility-scale modules
- DCR modules
- Non-DCR modules
- Domestic modules

- Special application modules
Technology roadmap
Evaluate and develop products based on:

Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and certification agencies for applicable:

- MNRE requirements
- Utility requirements
- Export-market certifications
Maintain a product compliance matrix for every module family.
12. Product Warranty
Develop product warranty strategy based on:
- Product warranty

Benchmark warranty structures across the market.
Work with Quality and Finance to calculate:
