: Product Manager/ Associate Product manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record in creating exceptional Digital products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of direct experience as a Product Manager, with a total work experience of 6 years or more. The candidate should possess exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong ability to execute releases effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, for digital products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and priorities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Define and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Drive product launches, including coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines to ensure successful releases.
- Monitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to iterate on product features and enhance user experience.
- Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a total work experience of 6 years or more.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2C digital products from conception to launch.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and find creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in using product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for technology and digital innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital media industries.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with A/B testing, user research, and usability testing.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives through product innovation.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior product management team members.
