About The Role The Infrastructure Cloud Platform Product Teams are the backbone of the technology organisation, providing the foundations that power technology teams across the business. The teams design, build and operate infrastructure products used across technology environments, covering areas from data centres to stores and managing infrastructure capabilities from the ground up.

The organisation is accelerating investment in internally developed products and services, with Senior Product Managers shaping the next generation of developer experience across private and public cloud, connectivity, end-user computing, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring toolkits

Public Cloud Platform In this role, you will lead the Public Cloud Platform, a platform used by hundreds of teams and thousands of developers.



The role offers the opportunity to shape how large-scale technology teams build and realise technology outcomes through public cloud capabilities.

What You'll Do

- Champion the developer experience: Understand your consumers and advocate for their needs across the Public Cloud portfolio.
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap: Align product direction with wider technology and business goals.
- Partner with senior stakeholders: Help de ne the future direction of the product and align key stakeholders around priorities.
- De ne user personas and pain points: Ensure solutions address real consumer needs and deliver measurable value.
- Drive adoption and performance: Use OKRs and relevant metrics to measure product success. Prioritise effectively: Make transparent trade-offs and decisions with product, engineering and stakeholder teams. Translate ideas into actionable work: Write user stories with acceptance criteria and break complex initiatives into deliverable increments.
- Lead sprint and release planning: Collaborate with Engineering to maximise business value.
- Provide leadership and clarity: Guide cross-functional teams on near-term priorities.
- Act as the subject matter expert: Provide product leadership for the Public Cloud product area.
- Coach and mentor: Support members of the wider product team and encourage product-centric ways of working.

What You'll Need
- Customer obsession and attention to detail with a strong focus on user needs.
- Strong product mindset and methods, with experience across product lifecycle and delivery approaches. Understanding of infrastructure, platforms and developer experience.
- Strong data-driven decision-making, balancing qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Strong commercial awareness, including understanding of key business drivers and metrics.
- An Agile mindset focused on delivering incremental value.
- Ability to in uence and coach colleagues across disciplines to adopt a product-centric approach.
